Intergrate Flipped Curriculum into
Byte Size Coaching
Before practice players watch videos on the site at their own pace, communicating with peers and coaches. This allows the coaches more time to help and explain more complex concepts. Players often leave a practice feeling defeated because they could not grasp the concept now they can work on them at practice with the coach. Post practice players can send questions to their coach who can then discuss with them individually.
