Returned merchandise must still be in its original state (unopened with shrink wrap intact.)  Dvds and videos that have been opened cannot be returned.

Defective Dvds & videos will be replaced with the identical title only.

Books

Unless defective, book(s) cannot be returned.  If defective we will exchange for the identical title.
