  • Set out two lines approx. 8- to 10-yards apart.

  • Put in cone goals in the middle 2-yards apart.

  • All passes must be taken from the line or beyond the line (not inside the line).

  • To count the ball must go through the goal gate "clean." Does not count if it hits or goes over a cone.

  • Or just use one cone in the middle which must be hit - 1 point for a hit, two for a knockdown.

  • Set records - How many out of 10, etc?

  • Very important to use both feet.

  • Work also on dribbling-

    • Put in cones as an obstacle course - figures of eight, complete circles, sprint out with ball, stop it on a line and sprint back, etc.

  • Use rebound surfaces (see older practice).
