Sports Path's founder, Chairman and CEO is Robin Russell, the former Technical Coordinator of the English FA.

Robin left full-time employment with the English FA in March 2005.  His period at the FA is characterized by initiatives he began that have lasted over long periods of time.

Here is the summary of some of Robin's major achievements:

• The establishment of FA learning Ltd. (www.TheFA.com/FALearning)  with over 100,000 registered users making it the biggest sports online education company in the world.

• Development of over 30 Online Educational Products for FA Learning.

• Initiation of innovative soccer education products that engage over 1 million children a year one of which is the "Soccer Star" Skills Challenge

• Co-writing with Howard Wilkinson the FA's "Charter for Quality" in order to establish 38 Football Academies with the professional clubs.

• The establishment of the world's biggest coaches association, FACA.

• Appointed in June 2005 as UEFA's first Football Development Consultant assisting UEFA and their 53 National Associations.

• Author of 11 books in the area of children's soccer.
